From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA/KLIA2) to University Technology Petronas (UTP)

Train
You could take Express Light Rail from KLIA/KLIA2 to KL Sentral Station in Kuala Lumpur or you can also take bus to reach KL Sentral Station. Airport Coach buses which costs RM12 per way are available at Transportation hub, Level 1 of the gateway@klia2 mall. From KL sentral Station, you may purchase the Electric Train Service (ETS) ticket at KL Sentral or online with the cost of RM 35.00 to get to Batu Gajah Station. From there you may take a taxi or Grab to UTP with the cost between RM20 – RM25.

 

Bus
If you would like to travel by bus, you can take bus such as Jetbus from KLIA/KLIA2 to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). Once you have reached TBS, you could choose Trans-City buses such as Plusliner or Transnasional, which costs RM25.00 to get to Bandar Seri Iskandar and subsequently to UTP using taxi or Grab with the cost between RM5- Rm8.
 

Taxi/Grab
Taxi services are also available from KLIA to UTP. From KLIA, you can ask for a limousine service taxi to send you to UTP and it will cost you around RM450.00 to get to UTP. Another option is to get a taxi from KL Sentral Station.These outstation taxis would cost you around RM370.00 to UTP.

 

From Penang International Airport (PEN) to University Technology Petronas (UTP)

 

Train

-ETS train from Butterworth Station to Batu Gajah Station

There is two option to reach Butterworth Station from Penang Airport. First, you can choose to take either bus or taxi or Grab to Terminal Sungai Nibong and from Terminal Sungai Nibong to Butterworth Station via bus or taxi or Grab. Other option is you can take taxi from Penang Airport to Butterworth Station but the costs will be more expensive. Once you reached Butterworth Station, you can take the Electric Train Service (ETS) to Batu Gajah Station. From Batu Gajah Station, you may take a taxi or Grab to UTP with the cost between RM20 – RM25.

 

Bus

You could take the rapid bus from Penang Airport to Terminal Sungai Nibong. Once you reached Terminal Sungai Nibong, you could choose buses such as Sri Maju to reach Terminal Aman Jaya. It costs around RM20.00. From Terminal Aman Jaya, you can take the Perak Transit bus which costs RM7.00 to Hentian Bus Seri Iskandar and subsequently to UTP using taxi or Grab with the cost between RM5.00 – Rm8.00.

 

Taxi/Grab
Taxi services are also available from Penang Airport to UTP. From Penang Airport, you can ask for a limousine service taxi to send you to UTP and it will cost you around RM410.00 to RM490.00 to get to UTP.
